Pixel Howlerz is paying homage to the original Howlerz created by Noah Claire Davis. All traits hand made individually and then generated by code to create unique images. Not affiliated directly with the artist of Howlerz, just Howlerz holders and supporters.

*Happiness Mainframes* is a series of 60 unique editions which document fleeting yet important key frames, weaving together the animated composition, *Ultimate Services for Your Happiness*. The work was inspired by the AI 2041 chapter entitled "Isle of Happiness", and presents an imagined peek inside The System as it attempts to understand and create happiness.

As a generative artist I've always been fascinated by the tension between the logical nature of machines and the illogical nature of what it is to be human, especially when we talk about illogical things such as love and happiness. After scraping thousands of images from Instagram using the hashtag #myhappylife I used a GAN to create a latent walk through of these images. I then fed this into the system I had created, inspired by the grammar of machine circuity with the linear, grid-like nature of lines and tracks and pads alongside the more organic looking lines that are more about feel than sense, itself inspired by the dynamic flamboyant nature of art movements such as the Baroque and Rococo. This series of works is very much a combination of the aesthetics of machines and my own artistic biases – things that make me happy. Can a machine truly understand and create happiness? That remains to be seen but I continue to be fascinated by the journey ahead.

“Unsupervised — Data Universe — MoMA” is a global AI data painting that simulates a latent walk among the museum’s digitized collection. The artist and his team used MoMA archives to construct the seven dimensions of the artwork: x, y, z, r, g, b, and time. It combines Anadol’s vision of handling data within a universe that it creates for itself with his approach to data visualization’s latent space as a locus for never-ending, self-generating contemplation. Researcher Leland McInnes, the inventor of the UMAP technique that Anadol has used for “Unsupervised — Data Universe — MoMA” wrote, “I have always found beauty in mathematics, but to see what Refik has done with mathematics and these algorithms to create art is something else again: bringing together rich threads of information and data to weave amazing visual works. I never imagined that my work in mathematics could have such far reaching impacts.”

Here are 5,000 middle fingers, for free, from me (Josh Hart) to you. Inspired by a tweet accusing me of preparing for a money grab, this collection is a statement against celebrity cash grabbers entering the NFT space without serving the community.
