“Computer Science (Death of)”, is composed of 100 unique generative artworks. The collection showcases the autonomous creative abilities of AI, free from human creative influence, culminating in a series of generative art pieces coded in p5js. The art was born from an elaborate iterative process, where AI was tasked to conceive, code, debug, and refine its own artistic concepts, constrained only by its maximum single response output.Imperfections in the artworks are intentionally preserved, symbolizing the raw and unrefined creativity of these early AI models. This collection serves as a historical snapshot capturing the frontier of AI's creative coding potential in 2023.

Inspired by my love of film, and how it can make us feel as if we are part of another world, another place in time. Whether it be close to our reality or far from it. The window acts as a boundary, confining us to the role of mere spectators, whether our reaction is one of dread or fascination.

In 2011 I visited Maui to capture a portfolio of the island. What was supposed to be a one week trip (all I could afford at the time) turned into six months. I spent weeks in Maui and would go back home for a short period of time to get different equipment and plan for new shoots. My intention was to learn the island, speak to locals, and find the most beautiful locations.

The trees in this image are only grown in a few places around the world and they look like they've been painted, it's incredible. After finding this small forest in Hana I decided to wait a few days until a good rain came down; I wanted to capture the best image possible. The water had saturated the trees and brought out the vibrant colors from the bark. As the clouds in the sky began to dissipate the sun light spotted through the trees and really made the image come to life and I snapped my moment.

Eleven years later I went back to the island and these trees have been destroyed by time, nature and people carving into the colorful bark. I never realized the impact social platforms would have on the environment. The Rainbow Eucalyptus grove in Maui will never be the same.

After 72 hours, my newest work "Equinox" an image from Maui from 2023 will be airdropped to the collectors. In the next few months all collectors who hold both images will have the opportunity to burn both to redeem an image I will be creating in April from an undisclosed island off the coast of Portugal. This burn of the "past" and "present" is symbolic for what we as humans have done to the planet and this location.

This piece represents the last golf course, preserved inside a museum. Climate change has made it unsustainable to maintain them, as water becomes scarce and the high temperatures burn the grass. The scorching sun makes it unbearable to play for golfers. The remnants of Golf. 


Collaborations with the sun. Sometimes the sun beams off the water and feels like out of all the people in the world… it's pointing right at you. Other days you must move your body for these precious light beams. Long cold windy blocks are met with sun rays bursting around the corner that leave you taking a little standing cat nap before pushing back through the dark snowy streets. Know that just because the warmth of the sun isn’t shinning directly on your face... you might just be steps away from it. Maybe the direction you take needs to shift... maybe your perspective and current environment could all be blocking your light. There is a tremendous amount of growth and work to be done, in the shadows, but we must continue striving to be beacons of light and to soar to great heights exemplifying joy and expansion. Visions from higher grounds are well received on the surface as it's where the strength to reach higher ground is built. We must have the strength to land in order to fly!

With the power of higher ground, and the layers of knowledge that come with time, we know that storms come to end.  We are expansive, we are not bound to where storms will hit, we can better see storms coming and our roots can now drink from the storms in our rear view. When we face the reflection in the mirror and want to look away... that is when it's most important to keep staring. One little drop of rain does not define our sunny existence and light we bring to the world. A lot of growth can come from a little bit of rain!!
