The Agama lizard is also know as the rainbow lizards because the dominant males have a colorful display of colors during mating seasons.

They live in rocky, semi- desert areas and can tolerate high temps to a point. The hunt and eat insects. They are quick on their feet.

As the title connotes, I captured the image within the concept of 'regrowth' and 'repair' which is the basis for Regeneration. I'm reimagining the African story from the perspective of taking a cell, which makes up several units and as a whole are restored to establish normal function.

The type used are "AFROFUTURE" and "AFTR"; an ode to Afrofuture, starting from the basic symbols and fully coming to being. I incorporated the very common colours on African flags Green, Red and Yellow as well.

We are riding on the hope and foundation of the past to pave way to a better future.

This mask yearns for its mind to form a single, continuous stream of thought as it's consumed by neurodivergent conversations internally. Unable to make sense of fleeting mental dialogue, the mind falls into a cycle of self-destructive behaviors. However, once the mind recognizes chaos as a familiar place it no longer wishes to live, it shows itself compassion. The mind shows itself grace and turns towards radical love and acceptance, believing by digging into the shadows the mind will release the self-sabotage cycle.  ::
