You are currently viewing “Twilight Far”, a cinematic short featuring the astonishing artwork of all 33 Meme Artists from SZN4. Each Meme Card is juxtaposed with itself-in-the-context of an exhibition from the far future, framed by a simple premise: what does digital art look like in native and physical forms, viewed from the year 6068 CE?

If you’re interested in these Meme Cards as a slideshow front-and-center — without title and credits screens, but with some musical easter eggs on the playful side — the other varietal of this film might interest you. Indeed, which one you decide to mint is a selection of a path: a choose-your-own-adventure between two worlds that might look similar upon first glance, but differ wildly in trajectory — subtle details, at first, foreshadowing divergent futures. There shall be no possibility of return after both concurrent claims complete the public phase.

The music is also named “Twilight Far”, taken from track 9 of Travel Poems . Chapter 3 . There is no path back. This upcoming full-length album follows two existing albums (Travel Poems . Chapter 1 . Secret towns and Chapter 2 . The night sea) and will be released in 2024 worldwide. Here it’s featured as an exclusive track, and a forward-thought.

The title and the song’s soundscapes take inspiration from the ocean’s timelessness, a life lived underwater whether literally or in metaphor, and the company of friends.

The music selected for “Mostly Pointless” is a clip from “Harvest Blues (Live)”, excerpted from show 4 of the first acoustic concert series in the Open Metaverse — incidentally the first time a solo piano performance was piped live into OM: https://twitter.com/pandelic/status/1710037245754020300 .

The title takes inspiration from two cultural touchstones: “Mostly Worthless”, an interactive NFT-art piece by 6529er and punk6529, riffing cheekily on a 2023 media headline proclaiming most NFTs to be exactly that; and also, the entire text description of the planet Earth within the galactic encyclopedia-tablet known as the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy: “Mostly harmless.”

One of the year's most dramatic Memes, and the reason it went viral: XCopy, a novel crypto art form introduced to the NFT system. As soon as Punk 6529 and team let everyone know that Xcopy's Art would be closing ceremony of the SNZ1 Memes collection, people's hopes of acquiring AL and owning this as the year's most valued memes began to soar. I finally got AL and was able to mint this, and I couldn't be more pleased and relieved to be able to close off my Memes collection. 
And so, buoyed by my good fortune, and decided to work on my own derivative of this priceless meme:
