This limited edition NFT was created by members of the VeeFriends community to help fellow member Danny Meadows with his medical costs and keeping his barbershop afloat while he recovers from surgery. 

Danny suffered a life-threatening motorcycle accident in 2020. He was lucky to live and almost had his leg amputated. Complications with his recovery have led to yet another surgery and his expected recovery time is now 3 months. Shutting down your business for one day can have incredible repercussions, let alone 3 months.

There is strength in numbers and if we, the Veefriends community, rise together and claim as many editions of this NFT as possible, this will not only improve his financial situation, but also lift his spirit while he recovers!

Stuck at a train station, waiting. 
The lines in the sky looked very strange.
I spent almost an hour just watching them slowly drift across the sky.

My dad died 5 days ago. October 28th 2022. He was shot multiple times and died from the injuries that happened to him from the drive by shooting. He was only 40 years old. I am 15 years old and don’t have much money to support his funeral cost but I wanted to try and help raise funds for the funeral, bring awareness to gun violence, and create something for people that have experienced what I have to inspire them to keep going. The purpose of this piece is to give an introduction and insight into RockofAJs. Throughout my life I have answered to two names, Anthony and AJ. So it's only fitting that here in the art world I am known by AJ and RockofAJs. None of this was ever intentional on my end. My parents called me AJ since birth even though they gave me the name Anthony, and RockofAJs really just fell into my lap based off of the rocks that led me to become an artist. Carrying theses multiple names throughout my life has been an odd struggle. From a shy kid who never wanted to correct anyone, to a present day artist who only knows how to follow his heart..........

When looking at this piece I want you to think about how names are nothing more than transparent labels for others to recognize you by and see this allusion and how it connects in a world where the idea is to be recognized by our art.
