This artwork functions at 3 main levels. The first, and most clear is to pay homage to the great Michelangelo and the creation of Adam, because modern art would not be where it is without this rich history. The second, is to use this rendition to speak to the condition of our modern world. We are so engrossed in media, that we ignore the wonderful essence of Life, patiently awaiting our recognition. And despite these distractions, man instinctively reaches back, because it’s in our nature. The third and final level, was to encapsulate these ideas with my personal style of shape language, color harmony, and cultural references in the hairstyles. The Distraction of Man.

LOVE KILLS is a piece created to showcase the truth about love we all try to hide. The ugly side of it that we tend not to speak about. This is for all the moments you couldn't speak how you truly felt. 

As you tread upon the pavement stairs of the beachfront polished by the monks, you find yourself in the old town and there, among the narrow streets drenched in gleamy lights you read the signs. There are no maps and there is no need for them. Mongoose or a cow, suddenly popping up from around the corner are your only guides. Luckily, there is a sheaf of spinach and an apple that you have stored up in your backpack, just for this moment. You share and get some of that kindness back. It doesn’t matter where that energy comes from. You continue treading carefully, being led by the light. You bring pieces together, you let them go and return to them one by one, but with a more profound feeling of belongingness and connection.

As the juice meter progressively increases from zero to 100%, the owner will be entitled to event invitations and airdrops of other NFTs from dope artists in the space. If you ever trade or sell the Plug, the juice meter will revert to 0% juice and the process restarts for the next owner. Another starry night grows old, withers away, & dies as the sun rises far East. Drowned by the dawn of overwhelming light, my eyelids peeled back as I gasp for air after another crazy dream. The waves simmer as my vision met the horizon, staring infinitely into the growing ends of our morning star. Rays clash like silent thunder rushing through low clouds in the distant view, slowing as they approach the edge of my peripheral. Another day as I prayed to the Lord when I awoke and now, I see the world is in motion.

When reaching your goals, pressure surrounds you and obstacles form in your way. These pressures form around you, but only because you rise to their challenge. Upon reaching the endpoint, you see how each obstacle is connected, with each problem becoming your own hidden treasure.
The figure climbs the chain binding the space together. Orbs, with gold wrapped at their tops, pin the character together, creating an internal force to hold them back. As they reach out of their bubble, they find gems ahead of them. Will this movement be what it take to reach their end goal? Or would the obstacles crush them before they even have the chance to make it?
