Self-hosted wallets, non-custodial wallets... either term is meant to shape perception of "wallets" in the digital world. With our lives constantly and rapidly becoming more digital, these phrases are being used to question our basic right to have a wallet in that new world. I added text to @NatalieShau's wonderful, gritty image from @punk6529's Memes collection, to create what I believe should be a powerful meme in its own right: "My wallet".

The freedom to transact is vital. Where it exists, we must fight to preserve it, where it is missing, we must fight to achieve it. This work is based on CC0 elements of meme cards from @6529er and @Ars0nic. Without the freedom to transact, we have nothing. The time to fight for it is now. LFG

As @punk6529 said, "without the freedom to transact, in time we will lose all our other freedoms". Based on two of his and @6529er's meme cards—Seize the Bees of Production and NakamotoFreedom—and with the help of Winnie-the-Pooh, this work is an example of why preserving or gaining the freedom to transact is so vital.

Freedom to fly away

We won't be given an open metaverse, we have to create it. We have a limited window to do so, now, so we must take advantage. If we succeed, we'll have made a place that also preserves our freedom to continue to create. This work is based on @wetpotatobrain's CC0 work “Sphere of Influence”, and the general layout from @6529er's powerful Nakamoto meme card.

Amidst our struggles we have one freedom always. We say gm and we say gn, because in the face of challenges and divisive forces, we can be cordial and kind and rise above all the negativity.
