The profiles shown are public, decentralized profiles indexed from the ENS ecosystem and contain information added by the profile owners themselves. Since ENS profiles are pulled directly from the blockchain, they may contain sensitive or graphic content not suitable for all ages.

It’s also free for Coinbase Wallet users, whereas there’s a fee for claiming a .eth username, as well as a network (gas) fee. Both cb.id and .eth usernames are built on top of ENS infrastructure.
