World Chain is a new blockchain designed for humans.
Verified humans will get priority blockspace over bots and an allowance of gas for casual transactions. Developers will be able to reach millions of these real users around the world, with apps focused on utility for everyday life.
The network will be deeply integrated with the Worldcoin protocol to accelerate growth and leverage World ID’s Proof of Personhood. It will also be secured by Ethereum as an L2 and engineered for scalability alongside the Superchain ecosystem.
Importantly, it will be permissionless, open source, and intended to ultimately be independently governed by the community.
World Chain is expected to launch later this summer.

Summers are so hot in Istanbul. Even though the Marmara Sea surrounds the city, not everyone can enjoy it equally - the beaches are reserved mostly for the rich people. Nevertheless, the younglings do not mind the legal restrictions and turn the sea into a playground for themselves. 

Underprivileged kids, especially those of immigrants, Romani people, and seasonal workers from the small villages of Anatolia come to the Galata Bridge and jump into the sea without care. Harsh living conditions cannot stand in the way of having a good time.

Seeing how other cities manage traffic and become more sustainable is always interesting. Amsterdam is a city of bikes. They have a high density of bikes and this is a major contributing factor to their sustainability.  Amsterdam is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. Not only are there lots of bike lanes, but there are many people who use them. 
Even though the city has much rain and is chillingly cold people use bikes all the time.

I tried to take this photo using the panning technique. I slowed down the shutter speed to create a motion effect.

This is a blended film piece by artist Matt Humphrey. The image is a direct scan of a frame from a roll of film shot on an analog film Leica camera during the week of NFC Lisbon in June 2023.

The technique of blended film involves passing the roll of film through the camera from beginning to end - twice. The first time around, only the left side of the frame is exposed (with the right side of the lens covered with tape). Then the film is wound back to the beginning so that it can be shot with the right side of the frame exposed.

The result is a 'blend' of two frames - completely organic and analog. The roll of film is developed, and then each frame is then scanned to produce a digital file.

This is the first time the artist has shot such a blended roll of film focusing solely on portraits for both sides of the frame. All subjects of the portraits were attendees, speakers or artists that the artist met during the week of the conference.

This cave is located in a village in the Harran district of Urfa, Urfa is a city with a very rich culture in the south of Turkey. Many civilizations existed in this region. The world's first university is located here. This cave was located in an old settlement and was used for many commercial purposes. This cave, which was also used as a quarry in the past, still fascinates its visitors with its magnificent appearance today. Looking upwards with his local clothes, the man focuses on the light beam entering from above while telling the story of this cave that his ancestors used for many years.

Street Photography is a great passion for me. My most valuable way of self-expression.and I live in Istanbul which is a really wonderful city for street photography. I am trying to make my art with the opportunities given by Istanbul streets and people. The streets are my playground. I'm always on the streets in all my free time and all weather conditions. My photos are about visions from Istanbul streets. 


I brought together these two important parts of my life for this edition. I presented this photograph, which brings together many symbols of Istanbul, as 34, the plate symbol of Istanbul.
