I was around for the merge in 2022.

We were in a bear market, the queen passed away, US stock market wiped out $1.6 trillion in one day and the debate on Vitalik's dick size is still ongoing.  


On top of all the many projects that have & will follow since the release of CC0 rights for Grant Riven Yun’s work, all I saw were possibilities — what could this could mean for so many of us artists as we move thru the ever-changing territory of the space that is crypto art?  So my interpretation — the tiny ant, was born one early morning in August of ’22 amongst the tall grass in a vast field of flat shapes & very little dimension. 

Who do you see when you look up? When you look down? It always pays to remember there are others in all directions. Even an ant has an important job to do.

My work is very much about how light and darkness interacts to create interesting scenes. This personifies it directly. A mundane object brought to life by that interplay

On sep 26 on Iceland tour I broke my main 
Wide angle lens and main one, I was sad and devastated

So, I looked for the help in ICELAND and I tweeted about this incident and within a seconds people came into DMs and RT/QT and whole community stood for me to help me in that remote land.So this broken hope got the new hope from the community and people who not just helped me but encouraged me to move on and live the rest of the trip and don’t affect your mental health or photography due to this..

Hovering in between two worlds. No longer a young child and not yet an adult, she braves this conundrum.

Transmission was initially composed using generative code in P5js (as opposed to my usual method of using Photoshop to compose the outline). 

The image was then painted using the Gouache brushes in Corel Painter. I like the way these paints change in colour slightly as they dry (even the digitally simulated ones) - it creates a more organic feel for me.

The image originally had 900 squares but I recomposed it in Corel Painter to remove 12 squares, giving it a total of 888 squares. 

Additional tweaks (mainly the signature placement) were made in Photoshop.
